Give an old chair a makeover!

You will learn to strip down old fabric, copy patterns, clean and prepare your

favorite old chair, bench, or ottoman for reupholstering. All the techniques that

you learn will be applicable to any other piece of furniture. This skill will stay with

you forever.

Class size limited to 3 students .

If your chair has a cushion, you need to register for a sewing cushion class

Class Information:

Please don't purchase your fabric until after the first class because we will discuss the best

fabric for your particular project.

Orientation:

We will discuss Upholstery Fabrics: Jacquards, Textures, Chenilles, Suedes, etc. Extra tools

and other materials that might be required in the reupholstery process.

The fabric selected for your reupholstery project has a great impact the final appearance,

comfort, and durability of the furniture piece. Color and design obviously play a large part

decision as well. This is why I suggest you wait to buy your fabric.

After the orientation class, the work and fun will begin.

Hours: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Available Packages for class hours:

Double package 60 hours $850 ( 4 free hours included in this package over the regular package)

Regular package 28 hours $425

Half package 16 hours $320

Quarter package 8 hours $200

Private one-on-one $ 50 per hour
